Lagkada- Agios Ioannis -Stavros-Krikelos, lasting 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Great path of wild beauty, over cliffs, with paved path leading to the monastery of St. John the Theologian and north to the Chapel of the Cross over the old bauxite mine. The route with a total length of 6.5 km., leads to the highest point of Amorgos (821 m.), Mount Krikelos or Kroukelos, from where the view embraces the whole island lost in the blue of the Aegean. The area included in the network Natura 2000.
